How to place an order?

Just have a look at your favolite restaurant's menu, choose what you want and select a pick-up time, type in your contact detail, make an online payment via secure page. Now you just need to pick it up in the restaurant on your pick-up day and time!

What times can I order for?

You can select a pick-up time from the list which the restaurant scheduled.

Can I place orders in advance?

Of course! You can choose your pick-up time in advance whenever restaurants are available for takeaways.

Can I order for delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't offer delivery.

What if I have allergies?

Please check the allergy information below the menu's description. If you need further information or you're worried even a bit, please get in touch with the restaurant directly before you place your order to check whether your order is suitable. In addition, we recommend leaving a order notes about your allergy when you place your order.

Do I need to pay some extra fees?

The prices of all menus include all fees.

What if my payment failed?

Common reasons for payment failure are expired cards, insufficient funds and so on. Please make sure the card details you entered is correct, your card hasn't expired. If the problem hasn't been solved, please try another card.

How can I check the details of my order?

Once you order, you'll receive a confirming email. Once your order is approved, an approval email will come to you. The details of your order are on there emails.

How can I check the progress of my order?

Please go to Track your order page.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Sorry, you can't cancel or change your order online. Please contact the restaurant directly. You can find restaurant's phone number on your confirming email or restaurant's storefront page.
